60 - 2000 Guests:

Same lamb on the spit as listed above with a potjie meal added to the braai. For this option you may choose a delicious beef or chicken potjie to add to your lamb spit. Giant Spit Kebab

30 - 2000 Guests:

This is a giant spit kebab on which D-boned meat is slow cooked over a charcoal fire. We use only the finest choice cuts of meat. The giant spit kebab is basted with our secret home made herb marinade whilst cooking. Once cooked the meat is then carved off the fire into serving dishes and served from the braai. The giant spit kebab is the most popular of the braai options.We also cater and sell at school fetes and outdoor events.

Traditional South African Braai

30 - 2000 Guests:

Ahh... Here we have the good old meat on the fire braai.This consists of Spiced Lamb Chops, Spiced Sirloin Steak, Boerewors and a Roast Chicken Portion.We can also pretty much braai anything else that you may desire.Our meat is basted in our very secret and delicious marinade.

Traditional Braai - Potjie Combo

60 - 2000 Guests:

Same traditional braai options as listed above with a potjie meal added to the braai. For this option you may choose any two traditional braai meats, spiced lamb chops, spiced sirloin steak, boerewors or roast chicken portions with a delicious lamb, beef or chicken potjie to add to your traditional braai. Traditional VIP Braai

50 - 200 Guests:

This option is ideal if you are entertaining VIP guests and want them to experience the very best of South African braai cuisine. With this option you can choose up to eight meat options. Includes: Boerewors, Lamb Chops, Sirloin Steak, Rump Steak, Beef Fillet Steaks, Chicken Kebabs, Beef Fillet Kebabs, Beef Espatada, Chicken Portions, Pork Spare Ribs, Butterflied De-Boned Lamb, Cocktail Lamb Wors, Pork Oopsies, Pork Rashers, Buffalo Chicken Wings, or Lamb Kebabs

Potjiekos Braai

40 - 2,000 Guests:

Nothing beats a slow cooked potjiekos pot braai.The potjie stew is pre-cooked in our industrial kitchens and brought to your venue. We will still provide a braai for authenticity and heating purposes. You may choose as many potjie variations as you wish provided that there are twenty guests per variation. i.e. each potjie pot feeds twenty guests.

Your choice of any of the following potjie meals all include the bone:

Boerewors Rolls, Prego Rolls Braai

100 - 10,000 Guests:

If you are looking for something light and informal to serve, our range of on-the-go meals should do the trick. They include all the necessary sauces such as tomato sauce, prego sauce, chutney, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, sliced lettuce, sliced pickles and paper serviettes - applicable to your choice of on-the-go meals.These on-the-go meals are for functions with a minimum of one hundred guests. We will usually cater one and a half portions per guest for office functions and two per guest for factory functions.
